1. What is Efficient Tech?

We are a start up ecommerce company taking on the challenge of thriving in the eCommerce game whilst offering our customers exceptional service and ensuring they receive value for their investment. Our commitment to quality and affordability sets us apart and gives us the drive to exceed our customers expectations.

2. What type of products do you offer?

Our product lineup features Drones, Surveillance Equipment, Audio/Video Components, Electronic Devices, Smart Home Devices, and various Tech Accessories. Additionally, we provide an assortment of soothing bath salts to help you unwind and relax your tired body.

3. How can I purchase your products?

Shop our products directly on our website! Just use our user-friendly menus to find what you’re looking for, select your desired items, and proceed through the checkout process. We offer multiple payment options for your convenience.

Shipping and Delivery

4. What shipping options are available?

We ship using a variety of courier services, including Fastway, Courier It, Internet Express, The Courier Guy, Aramex, Skynet, and Ram. Dependent on the parcel and availability of the courier services.

5. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, standard shipping takes 2-5 business days, while remote areas may take longer.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to follow your shipment's journey.

Returns and Warranty

7. What is your return policy?

To report a defective or damaged product, submit an image or video within 7 working days. Returns must be in original packaging and undamaged, including all accessories. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product. Non-defective item exchanges must be arranged via email, and customers bear the return cost. Inspect packages upon delivery and do not accept damaged ones. 8. Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes we offer 6 month warranty on our products as well as the concurrent manufacturer’s warranty on various products. The warranty period varies by product and manufacturer.

Account Management

11. How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" icon located at the top of our homepage. Fill out the required information, and you will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

12. How do I reset my password?

We send you a unique code each time you log in so no need to worry about forgetting your Password.
